Nestled on top of a grain silo is the Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant. Established back in 1977, this is probably one of Singapore's oldest restaurant that serves authentic Beijing cuisine.
I read many bad reviews online but still decided to go ahead and i'm really glad we did!

Here's what we ordered:
Salted & Peppered Pork Ribs. This came with a sauce which was indispensable. Without the sauce, it tasted just like any other pork ribs.

Chicken (also cant rmb exact name). The texture was just nice & it smelt really good.

Shredded Scallops with Fish & Egg White. This delectable dish was my favourite! When it was served, there was an egg yolk sitting in the middle.
Also ordered mango pudding & melon sago for dessert. Nothing special about the taste.

We were feasting our eyes on the beautiful scenery throughout dinner as the tower rotated at a snail's pace. I kept feeling a little nauseous here & there though and kong told me it's just a psychological thing. Oh well.

On a side note:
-You should probably make a reservation if you want a window seat.
-They can only hold your reservation for 15 mins so be on time
-Free parking is very limited. You can opt for valet (by tipping the driver any amount)
-Pay by POSB to enjoy a 10% discount
Overall:
For 4 dishes & 2 desserts, the bill amounted to about $120 w/ gst after discount. The food was not bad but the portion was too much for 2pax (more suited for 4pax). Didnt want to waste any food so we took the leftovers home, which was packed nicely for us. The service is actually good, not like what the reviews said. Besides having great company that night, the scenery was the next best thing. I felt reluctant to leave actually. I would say this place is great for a romantic dinner that's not as pricey as fine dining.
